Two simple steps of booking<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1.<\/span>\u00a0Send us your request<\/strong><\/span>, by filling out booking form on the page of the selected hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n

As soon as possible we will coordinate your request with the hotel owner, and send you\u00a0<\/span>our booking confirmation of the chosen room type\u00a0<\/span>to specified e-mail. According to your wishes we will also clarify any questions you may have regarding the accommodation, meal, organization of your meeting and transfer, sightseeing tours booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Pay in advance<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>to ensure the preservation of a confirmed booking.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prepayment amount and payment options will be specified in our booking confirmation and depends on the hotel conditions. The rest of booking amount you will pay directly in the hotel<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Accommodation rates specified in the catalog are final and always include our agency commission. No any extra fees and charges!<\/span><\/p>\n
We always discuss with hotels possibility of additional discounts for group bookings and when you are traveling with children.<\/span><\/p>\n
Booking confirmation timeline<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
We use all ways of communication, as well as our representative in Albania, to coordinate your request within 12 hours of receiving it. As a rule, most of all requests is coordinated within 2-3 hours. Requests are processed around the clock.<\/span><\/p>\n
Payment options<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
Transfer of advance payment must be completed within 2 days after receiving booking confirmation. In this case we can send rapidly the same amount to the hotel from our Albanian bank account and to guaranty a confirmed booking.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
Transfer of advance payment can be made in any convenient way, of the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

Booking canellation and refund policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
Free booking cancellation period specified in the description of each hotel. If you cancel your booking before deadlines we make full refund of the prepayment. Return transfer will be made in the same way that the transfer was carried out to the Go To Albania account.

In case of late cancellation total amount of prepayment will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n
Please note that the non-fulfillment of the agreements with its partners Go To Albania bears not only material but also moral and reputational costs.
